2021

The VW ID.4 is newly available at dealerships this year. This innovative electric SUV has a head-turning design, a spacious interior, and intelligent connectivity options. Plus, it’s simple to charge and has an impressive driving range, which is something you can expect for all of the upcoming VW EVs. This year, the automaker will also release the mighty ID.4 GTX, as well as the ID.5 and ID.5 GTX coupes.

2022

Next year, VW plans to introduce the ID.7. With a design that is reminiscent of the iconic VW Microbus/Kombi, this model is sure to impress. You’ll be able to choose either a commercial version for your business or a seven-seater version for traveling with your loved ones.

2023

The new ID.6 is expected to launch in 2023. Both a sedan and a wagon option will be available for the model and were originally teased a few years prior as the ID Vizzion and ID Space Vizzion respectively. Each option will also gain the GTX version for improved performance on the road.

Beyond

VW is currently working to create a more compact MEB electric platform, and this could indicate that some mini electric vehicles will be released moving forward. VW could name these vehicles the ID.1 and ID.2, and they could be similar to the VW T-Cross and Polo that are only available in international markets.
